The Friends of Amy B.H. Greenwell Ethnobotanical Garden are plotting the course for the future. On the first anniversary of our ownership of the Garden, the Board of Directors is undertaking the development of our strategic plan. This effort is being led by Board Member Alan Rolph. We will revisit our vision and mission statements, as well as the other traditional steps that will lead us to the establishment of yearly goals, objectives and action plans.
Stay tuned for more information. According to a quote in an online article on 7 Important Elements of a Strategic Plan, “If you take these recommended steps, you could change the world.” Sounds like a good place to start!
